Exhibit booths are arranged with a poster session area (approximately 700 total presentations) and a break area. Registration is located at the entrance of the exhibit booth hall (approximately 2,000 participants in total).

Application forms and all data for print must be sent to the MRM2020 Secretariat by Oct. 30, 2020.
- Please send a data file with the advertisement as it will appear in print.
- Please ensure the content is correct; meeting organizers will not correct content.
- Recommended application software for the advertisement is Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop; please do not supply PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file types.
- Recommended embedded/pasted image file type is EPS and/or TIFF; please do not supply RGB file types.
Call for Luncheon Seminar

The opportunity to provide information about your specific technique, devices, products, and services to participants who join the luncheon seminar during lunch break is available.
